Job Summary: The X-Ray/Mammography Supervisor coordinates the daily x-ray and mammography operations. The Supervisor schedules and oversees staff to ensure the highest quality of service is given. Provides training for the technologists as well as assessing need and providing training for existing staff. Manages Human Resources, maintains supplies and equipment, and assists in gathering information and preparing reports. Maintains accreditation through the American College of Radiology. Coordinates quality assurance activities (MQSA, ACR, & Joint Commission).

Specifications: Bachelors of Science degree preferred with at least one year related experience. Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a mammographer (M). Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
