Primary Function
Responsible for generating physician and community referrals for the Home Medical Equipment program.
Responsibilities
Assists in the development of goals and strategies for growth and network development
Plans physician and executive healthcare professional office visits for the purpose of informing and promoting services offered by the Home Medical Equipment program and CNE.
Participates in community events the purpose of informing and promoting awareness of the services offered by the Home Medical Equipment program and CNE.
Develops and maintains a tracking system to monitor progress
Assists in coordinating special events and presentations to promote services and programs.
Assists with expansion/growth plans through the development of new programs, referral sources and affiliations.
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications and Specifications
An Associates Degree in related field required. A minimum of three years job related experience is required. Valid driver's license is also required.
