Primary Function:
Responsible for maintaining all floor surfaces, removing trash and moving heavy furniture.
Responsibilities
Strip, refinish and shampoo all floor surfaces, including tiled and carpeted areas.
Perform trash removal services, including separating trash using waste management and recycling policies.
Move heavy furniture or equipment as assigned
Check and replenish all necessary items as needed.
Train new employees in day to day procedures.
Assume all cleaning aide I duties as assigned including washing, mopping,
Vacuuming and disinfecting assigned areas.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Specifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is preferred.
