Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist works in collaboration with unit staff and the inter-disciplinary treatment team to plan, coordinate and implement the group programming in order to meet the treatment needs of the patients. The Occupational Therapist collaborates with the treating physician and interdisciplinary treatment team in determining the appropriate evaluations needed for the patient. The Occupational Therapist provides individual treatment as needed.
Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current RI licensure and NBCOT certification. Training and Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health or with a specific age population (geriatrics, pediatrics) Special Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with others in a collaborative manner. Creative and flexible.
Schedule: 20/40 Part Time Eves - Every Other Weekend
