Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Home Health / Hospice Director, the clinical manager is responsible for oversight, planning and directing the daily operation of a clinical team. The Clinical Manager ensures compliance with established professional and accreditation standards, practices and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for the support, management and development of direct report staff, ensuring positive team building, effective and productive care management and meeting relevant organizational strategic goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related health field is highly desired.

Master’s Degree and ANA Certification preferred.

Continuing education courses in nursing preferred.

A minimum of three (3) years progressive nursing experience required.

Previous experience in a health care setting preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.

Home health care environment required.

Valid CPR certification required.

Valid RI Registered Nurse license required.

Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance is required.alid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance is required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as medical records, medical reports, etc.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English with excellent oral and written communication skills required.
