Butler Hospital is seeking an energetic and skilled program therapist to join the team in our Young Adult Partial Program!!

The Young Adult Partial program at Butler Hospital is a leading mental health treatment program for Young Adults ages 18-26. We are seeking a program therapist who can conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, provide daily 1:1 therapy, facilitate group therapy sessions, and work on an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, occupational therapists, secretaries, mental health workers, social service clinianas and unit leadership.

Requirements: Masters degree required. Must be working towards independent state licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or like). Independent license preferred but not mandatory. Experience in 1:1 therapy, group therapy and evaluations preferred. Experience in acute care setting or with CBT, DBT and ACT preferred but will train.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The position comes with medical, dental, paid time off and other great benefits.
