Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, technical and secretarial support for the Department, including special projects as assigned. The incumbent independently manages significant programs and projects, and serves as a resource to internal and external staff regarding activities of the department. Alleviate supervisor's workload where possible, and performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Specifications: High school diploma with at least one to three years experience in secretarial functions. Background in medical terminology helpful. Must have working knowledge of computers, including word processing, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and be proficient in the English language.
