Job Summary:

The Providence Center Residential Case Manager Eaton Street Part Time will provide clinical case management services in order to facilitate program goals and objectives using a quality care approach. Identify client needs with a person-centered approach to address not only mental health symptoms but co-occurring disorders. Working with consumers to achieve the highest level of independence possible.

Schedule: Fridays 3pm-11pm, Saturdays 3pm-11pm, and Sundays 7am-3pm
