Job Description: Maintains, repairs and conducts preventive maintenance inspections on a variety of plumbing, heating, drains, refrigeration and air conditioning systems: freezers, fan coils, water coolers, DX-A/C units and window A/C equipment, etc.

Assists with plumbing installations, repairs, and drain maintenance throughout campus.

Specifications: High school education or trade school equivalency. Comprehensive mechanical aptitude and skills. Boiler operator license or willing to get. Minimum of one year experience in trade. Proficiency in the English language required.
