Job Summary: Demonstrates competency, individually and as part of the multidisciplinary team. Prior experience in an operating room, hospital, healthcare, or medical device, medical/surgical supplies, or medical equipment. Experience in a buying system such as Lawson, or an equivalent system. Ability to properly communicate and delays or missing medical devices/supplies to support the surgical areas of the hospital. Must have skills and abilities in inventory management, analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, team leadership and participation, general math and financial analysis, ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in computers and MS office.
Specifications: A high school diploma is required. This position requires a highly motivated and dependable individual. Ability to spend long periods to time on your feet in the hospital, walking, lifting, carrying, or pushing boxes up to 50 lbs. Needs the ability to walk quickly to expedite product to surgical rooms for cases.
