Job Summary: The Retirement Specialist will assist in managing the daily operations of Care New England’s retirement plans providing support to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries. The Retirement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing multiple active and frozen defined benefit plans,403(b) plans and a 457(b) plan. The incumbent will manage all retirement communications and educate employees on retirement benefits. The Retirement Specialist will work closely with vendors to ensuring compliance with ERISA and other regulations. Will provide information and reports for plan benefit calculations, valuations and audits. Assist as point contact for annual retirement plan audits and manages special retirement programs.
