Job Summary: The Business Office Representative is the key contact for patients visiting Internal Medicine. The incumbent greets patients, processes forms and paperwork, and handles financial arrangements. Provides clerical support, performs extensive scheduling duties, and serves as liaison between patient and medical staff. Performs data entry, and other job-related duties.

Specifications: Associates degree or at least two years equivalent experience in a health care environment. Experience required in EMR EPIC knowledge helpful. Must be familiar with medical office procedures and medical terminology. Knowledge of word processing required and other computer applications highly desirable. Must have excellent secretarial, interpersonal and communications skills, be proficient in the English language. Spanish helpful
