Job Summary: The Research Supervisor handles the administrative duties and oversees the clinical aspects of obstetric clinical trials focused on perinatal mental health. The incumbent monitors the conduct of protocols, oversees the collection of data, leads regulatory compliance processes, and maintains patient and research records. The incumbent also performs administrative duties including budget control and management of human resources. Based on skills, the incumbent may also participate in data synthesis and dissemination of results via development of manuscript and presentation drafts.

Specifications: Bachelors Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 5-7 years of experience in research. Must be proficient with PC’s, including database management, and possess excellent communication skills and analytical abilities.
