Job Summary:

The Providence Center helps adults, adolescents and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting.

The full time Clinical Therapist BHOP will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center for adult clients. Appointments are offered both virtually and in-person.

Responsibilities:

Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.

Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments and integrated summary forms.

Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.

Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.

Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.

LICSW and LMHC preferred.

Spanish speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
