Job Summary:

The Senior Transcriptionist/Pathology transcribes reports with a high level of proficiency, maintains records of work and distributes reports as required. Answers telephone and provides information concerning status of work. Performs other work-related duties, such as orienting and assisting new transcriptionists.

Specifications:

High School graduate with additional education/training in transcription required. Minimum of seven years previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology necessary.
