CLINICAL THERAPIST

The Providence Center helps adults, adolescents and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting

The Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community. Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.   Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments and integrated summary forms.  Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.  Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment.  Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements. 

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:  Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and independent license required. (LICSW and/or LMHC). 

Insured auto and valid driver's license.
