COVID Response: Healthy Families America is typically a home-based program in which support workers will visit their client's home or meet in a community-based setting. Due to the pandemic, we are currently conducting all regular services via telehealth, by video chat or telephone as employees work from their homes. Some transportation is required as support workers may deliver supplies to families via no-contact drop-off methods. We anticipate that as COVID concerns lessen, that we will eventually return to providing in-person home-based services.
