Under the supervision of the Integra Senior Director of Operations, the Community Engagement Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive engagement strategy for communities served by Integra.

Specifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of management experience in community outreach and engagement programs required. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Experience collaboratively developing programming with community-based organizations, or similar experience, required. Experience working with Community Health Workers required. Excellent communication, organizational, time management, creative problem solving, coalition building, and interpersonal skills required. Excellent MS Office skills required. Proven effectiveness managing social media – including, but not limited to Facebook and Twitter – required. Prior experience collaboratively developing programming with community-based organizations, or similar experience, required. Bilingual ability in Spanish strongly preferred.
