Butler Hospital’s Neuromodulation Research Facility/Mood Disorders Research Program is seeking a research assistant (RA) with past experience in clinical research data acquisition, processing, and analysis. The position involves using noninvasive brain stimulation methods and interacting with participants in clinical trials who may receive investigational treatments. This RA will interact with research participants who have mood, anxiety, and other neuropsychiatric disorders or other behavioral health conditions. This RA will participate in a variety of tasks including subject recruitment, study coordination, symptom assessment procedures, regulatory documentation, and entry/tracking of data using a variety of systems and platforms. This RA will be trained in study-specific clinical interviews and use of assessment tools, as well as in the use of neuromodulation devices, as required. Qualified candidates will have basic skills with electroencephalography data and past experience working with investigational devices or drugs in clinical research samples.
