Primary Function

The Practice Manager will manage a large department or service line, which may be located at several different sites. This will include staff scheduling and management and coordinating physician schedules.

The Practice Manager is responsible for embracing and supporting a vision to create and support specialty clinics that provide advanced and collaborative patient and family-centered care. The Practice Manager is charged with motivating and leading staff to carry this vision forward. Performs duties under the supervision of the Practice Administrator.
 

Job Qualifications and Specifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in health care services, as well as 2-5 years of supervisory experience. Experience managing a multi-specialty practice preferred.
