Responsibilities:

To provide community or office based therapeutic services to either adults or children, adolescents and their families.

Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers.

Provide individual, group, and family mental health and/or substance abuse therapy.

Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input.

Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and independent license required (LICSW and/or LMHC).
