SUMMARY: The Clinical Reimbursement RN/LPN is responsible for completing designated coding assignments, following up with clinicians to resolve issues, navigating effectively McKesson, Cerner, SHP, QIRT and other required programs/platforms, facilitating accurate and consistent documentation of the assessments through reviews, coaching, mentoring and education. Certification in coding and oasis required.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three (3) years home health experience required.  Expertise in Oasis, coding, PPA/HHRG, Home health and hospice regulations, computer literate, excellent communication skills (able to coach and teach). Attention to detail, excellent follow through.  

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Licensed Practical Nurse with specialized skill set.
