Job Summary:
The Providence Center Manager Anchor Outreach Team (MORE) is responsible for the daily operations of the Anchor MORE program, Naloxone distribution/training and the supervision of the peer specialist at Warwick Anchor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages scheduling and coordinating of daily shifts for Anchor MORE’s operations, including Mobile Outreach.
Responsible for timely data collection and reporting related to program and staff activities in meeting contract deliverables.
Responsible for attendance and participation in meetings with the Governor’s Task Force workgroups, community stakeholders and partner agencies per BHDDH requirements.
Provide supervision and support for Anchor Mobile Outreach team and Anchor Warwick in-center Peers.
Act as member of Anchor management team, supporting all Anchor programs; coordinate MORE services within networks across the Anchor/TPC operating units.
Ensure all shift sheets and questionnaires are collected, reconciled, and entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain positive community relationships while networking with stakeholders and partners within the community.
Responsible for monitoring Redcap and responding to requests for naloxone deliveries and/or training throughout Rhode Island.
Additional duties and/or services as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
LCPD/CADC Preferred.
CPRS Required.
The Anchor Outreach teams (MORE) work in the community. This will require frequently operating in remote areas providing recovery supports as needed.
MUST have a valid driver’s license, registration and proper auto insurance.
Knowledge of basic crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and some case management techniques required.
Ability to act as an advocate for the needs of the parent is required.
Candidate must demonstrate an understanding and belief in the recovery process.
