Home Health Aide/CNA – Job Opportunity
Are you a compassionate Home Health Aide, licensed CNA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others—while enjoying a flexible and supportive work environment? At Care New England, we’re seeking caring and dedicated professionals to join our VNA team and provide one-on-one care that truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the care team, you’ll work closely with nurses and case managers to support patients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and help patients maintain their independence and dignity.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- - Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- - Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- - Taking vital signs and reporting changes in condition
- - Offering companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
- - Supporting therapy exercises and mobility activities
- - Documenting care provided and maintaining open communication with your team

What You’ll Need:
- - Active Rhode Island CNA license
- - CPR certification
- - A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- - One year of CNA experience preferred (home care/hospice a plus)
- - A heart for helping others and strong communication skills
